Landis Construction is a successful 50-year-old family-owned construction company that needed a RFQ (Request For Qualifications) that would truly stand out from the pack when submitted for highly-contested bids. We worked with Landis and their joint-venture partners to develop a “document strategy” that called for us to create a sophisticated design that pushed the brand’s look-and-feel forward. Landis’ in-house marketing team was then provided with the RFQ bid’s file in InDesign® to use as a template for future RFPs and SOQs (Statement of Qualifications).
