We start every project with Pre-Construction (this entails either a full Brand Audit or Discovery), which allows us to get to know your business, your specific challenges, your competitive marketplace, what you’re trying to achieve, and your sense of urgency.
Based on our findings during Pre-Construction, we develop and refine strategies to reach your goals, and then design the game plan for construction to begin.
This phase includes designing and building everything we need to build out your marketing toolkit (i.e. identity, website, proposals & RFPs, SOQs, advertising, displays and collateral, award entries, and much more).
Once the tools are created, it is time to put them to use. This phase may include launch events for your new website or corporate culture, brand immersion for your field team members, or initiating a multi-channel, high-touch marketing campaign to attract prospective buyers in a new market. We can either facilitate all of it or hand it off to your in-house marketing team.
Your work isn’t done once you hand over the keys to the new building, and neither is ours. We work with your team to implement ROI tracking that measures the success of the new strategies and tools we put in place. This helps us refine our tactics, tools, and budget to ensure you reach your goals. After all, our work is all about YOUR ROI!
