Barriere Construction Recruiting

Barriere is a large, heavy highway and civil contractor that primarily does low-bid for municipalities and the state so their marketing is focused on employee retention and recruitment. We’ve designed the Barriere newsletter for over 8 years. At first we created a newsletter for both clients and employees and created an employee-only insert. Later we helped the company refocus the newsletter toward just the employees and created a separate mailer to clients and prospects reusing award submissions we also developed for Barriere.
