Chief Creative Officer (CCO)
Adrienne founded The Brand Constructors’ parent company in 1998 to provide high-end branding and marketing resources to Louisiana businesses. She believes in creating powerful marketing tools at fair prices, reliable customer care, and ongoing education to have happy and successful clients. In 2009, having worked with numerous regional construction companies, she also founded The Brand Constructors.
As an award-winning, multi-disciplined designer, Adrienne enjoys managing web, print media, large format media, interactive, identity, and outdoor design projects. She has aggressively researched and adopted leading edge marketing and branding strategies, as well as techniques to offer a well-rounded approach to professional communications development.
She attended college in France, Italy, and the Netherlands, studying all aspects of art, architecture and applied marketing. After graduating from LSU with a BFA, Adrienne worked as a trade show developer and marketing executive. Adrienne relocated to New Orleans, and teamed up with Robert Folse to found Design the Planet, and later, The Brand Constructors. With over 100 different industries’ creative development under her belt, she is excited to be able to focus on one specific industry’s needs: Construction.
Adrienne focuses on key improvements to RFPs and SOQs within the marketing process of construction companies, and client project management.
Principal, Brand Marketing
Over the last 30 years, Rob has grown a varied career experience. Having worked in hardware supply, construction, oil and gas, engineer recruitment, technical writing, finance, strategic marketing, advertising creative and content development, sales, and business consulting, Rob has the uncanny ability to quickly identify a business’ strengths, weaknesses, and brand-building opportunities. His role within The Brand Constructors is to assist clients with identifying opportunities for increasing their marketing effectiveness, improving profitability, improving brand awareness, and maximizing positioning strategy.
Rob co-authored the construction marketing handbook, Construction Executive’s Guide to Brand Marketing, in 2014. He has assisted numerous companies with implementing Internal Marketing as a way to transition a business to being marketing-centric. As a thought leader, he has contributed to CFMA (Construction Financial Management Association), SMPS, AGC (Associated General Contractor), AIC (American Institute of Constructors), and Design & Construction Report. Rob enjoys speaking on topics such as Branding Your Construction Company, Better Brand Marketing, Internal Marketing: We’re all on the same page, and Constructing Better Web Sites.
Born and raised in New Orleans, he graduated from UNO with a degree in Marketing and a concentration in Finance. He is involved in the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) Bayou Chapter, and has been an invited speaker for similar organizations. Rob feels it is his job to digest as many new business-building concepts as possible, then boil them all down into realistic implementable initiatives for his clients.
He serves his community as a Board Member in his Rotary Club and Holy Cross School. He also does volunteer work with NOLA Soccer Academy.
Web Development Manager
Christi possesses 11 years of experience working in the graphic and web design industry. Prior to living in New Orleans, Christi attended the University of Central Florida, where she received a BFA with an emphasis in Graphic Design. She earned her M.A.S. in Web Development from the University of Denver. At The Brand Constructors, Christi is responsible for translating design concepts into clean, advanced code; she then carefully trains clients on how to use and maintain their new website. She also manages marketing automation campaigns for Brand Constructor clients, and with her background in graphic design, assists with all things creative. Outside of the design world, she is a 2nd year member of the local dance troupe Roux La La, which allows her to apply some of her creativity to costuming and craft-making.
Brandon joined the Design the Planet team in 2017. He graduated from the Mississippi State University with a BFA in Graphic Design. Outside of designing, Brandon enjoys bouldering (a form of rock climbing that is performed without the use of ropes or harnesses).
Intern Graphic Designer
Rocio Sanchez craves for adventure. At age 17, she moved from small-town Guatemala to New Orleans to study Graphic Design in this bright, fun, and loud city. She has a variety of skills, among which lie Motion Design, Branding, Web Design, and Photography. When she is not working, she can be found in her natural habitat—her room—sleeping, playing the ukulele, reading comics, or practicing calligraphy, or, when adventure calls, the outdoors. Intern Graphic Designer
Steven grew up in southern Ohio and attended Northern Kentucky University where he received his BA in Visual Communication Design. When he is not designing, he can be found running, taking pictures or woodworking.
