Barriere Newsletter

Barriere Construction is a large, 550-employee heavy civil contractor with 6 locations across multiple divisions. The company needed a way to communicate with the employees, recognize them for their achievements and hard work, and to connect with the employee’s entire family – an internal newsletter was the key.  The newsletter has regular contributions covering HR, Safety, Finance, Equipment, Health, and Training along with features of the divisions’ work and a letter from the president of the company.

When Barriere decided to make their newsletter exclusively internal, we recommended not losing their client and prospective client touch points, so we suggested and created a Project Spotlight mailer that kept Barriere top of mind and positioned them as experts in the industry.
