Mike Rowe's Trade Hub
As you might guess, we’re big fans of Mike Rowe and his show Dirty Jobs – remember we wrote a blog a few months ago about Branding Like Mike Rowe. Besides Dirty Jobs, you might recognize Mike Rowe from numerous TV commercials including Ford and Lee Jeans as well as the narrator for Discovery Channel’s Deadliest Catch.
We’re excited to announce the launch of Mike Rowe’s new online resource for the working class of America, Trades Hub. It is obvious Mike Rowe is not the expert in his nearly 300 dirty jobs, but he knows how to work with them. The new Trades Hub website pulls together experts from such diverse trade fields as construction, plumbing, landscaping, manufacturing, machinery and HVAC just to name a few. We’re pleased to be a part of the platform by sharing our Construction Marketing expertise.
Trades Hub is the cousin to Mike Rowe’s website mikeroweWORKS which launched in 2008 which is dedicated to championing hard workers and reinvigorating the skilled trades. Mike’s mission is to not make WORK another 4-letter word. We value hard workers and many times forget what it takes to keep our country running.
Mike Rowe started the Trades Hub to organizes content about good old-fashion work, trades, and the construction industry. The hub will show snippets of blogs, articles, and releases and then link users directly to the source. A win-win for information seekers find that diamond in the rough and for bloggers to build their audience and share their knowledge.
