Getting Schooled in Social Media
This is obviously out of our expertise, we do not work in the higher education sector, but I felt this was a powerful infographic to show how some of America’s top universities are communicating and even courting potential students via social media. It’s only a matter of time before this generation is entering the workforce and if you want the best of the best, you need to get connected to them. These young professionals care about your company’s morals, environmental responsibility, and benefits, many times more than what they are paid. Eye opening? It doesn’t surprise me. The construction industry needs to turn the page and engage the public to first, get teenagers excited about going into the trades and construction management and secondly, to work for their company.
