We like to keep things loose around the office and we love all things construction. The past few months, we’ve built up an incredible resource of ideas for construction themed parties on our Pinterest board – Construction Party.
In all seriousness, we need to make construction “cool” again because future generations are pressured to stay away from manual labor. The construction industry is full of great, high-paying careers and will soon have a massive void of qualified workers if we don’t change this mindset. Also, what little kid wouldn’t want a construction party?
