Circle Construction New Generation

Circle works in the federal space as a levees, canals, and earthwork contractor. They struggled to hire younger employees interested in earthwork. We renamed them from Circle, Inc to Circle Construction and branded them as the “Earth Movers” to focus on their specialty and to attract the employees that want to play in dirt. They have seen continued growth over the past five years, after we repositioned them and built their marketing toolkit.
