We branded them as the “Earth Movers” to focus on their specialty and to attract the employees that want to play in dirt and created the essential items for their marketing toolkit – logo, stationery package, and website. The company has continued to grow over the past five years and doesn’t waste time interviewing people wanting to do vertical construction.
